Instructions to send helpful information to our technical team
- Press F12 key(in some cases Fn + F12 keys) - it should open debugging panel at bottom or side of screen.
- Reload game page once with debug console still open ( debug console only gathers data when open )
- Switch to "Console" tab in debug panel
- There will be a lot of lines with text - press right mouse button and choose "Save as..."
- Save file
- Switch to "Network" tab in debug panel
- Right click mouse button on any line and choose "Save all as HAR with content"
- Save file
- Send both files via email to help@puzzlywords.com
